Baltimore Air Balance Company (BABCO) has been an
independent air, water testing, adjusting and balancing company since 1981.
Gary T. Weisman is Chairman of the
Board and President. He is also a
Certified Commissioning Agent. Before the
formation of BABCO,
BABCO is dedicated to providing unbiased, accurate, testing and balancing of air and water systems. We believe this can only be accomplished by remaining independent and by maintaining the highest standards of the industry, both instrument and performance. Our Technicians have all been trained by Baltimore Air Balance Company.
As an independent, stand-alone, testing Company, we are not affiliated with any general or mechanical contractor, sheet metal company, HVAC supplier or related contractor. This ensures that the Owner, Contractor or Subcontractor which uses our services receives the highest level of independent expertise, devoid of any outside influence.
Since 1981, BABCO has completed over eight thousand projects including schools, hospitals office buildings, clean rooms, pharmaceutical and research laboratories, manufacturing facilities, retirement communities, hotels, eating establishments, auditoriums, convention centers, retail facilities, postal facilities, and special projects for the Department of Defense and other governmental agencies.
Our Technicians are experienced, accurate and take special pride in their work. This positive work environment, along with experienced and dedicated leadership, ensures that BABCO will continue to provide outstanding performance and service. In an era when citizens, organizations, companies and governments are becoming increasingly conscious of air quality, degradation of building materials, healthy employee settings, clean rooms for our children, and the dangers of bioterrorism, the work of Baltimore Air Balance Company has never been so important in ensuring the quality of our living environment.
In April of 2003, BABCO acquired new office and warehouse space in the Maryland Science & Technology Center, Bowie, Maryland. Located centrally at the intersections of U.S. Route 50 and Maryland Route 301, with roads leading to all four points of the compass, we will be able to serve you faster and more efficiently. Visit our headquarters in this modern Office and Industrial Park, now uniquely positioned to serve our clients throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania and Delaware in the New Millennium. In 2005, the Company will open its first branch office serving Southwest Florida.
